...this is what is wrong with the JT "censorship". Just look at some of the comments in this horribly tragic story. First off, it should not have even been put in the newspaper. To me it's disrespectful in this circumstance and makes me sick. Second, to allow the comments that some of the "bloggers" have made just proves once again that the JT has selective censorship.

Maybe this is true, I don't know, BUT for the JT to allow this type of "speculative" or "rumor" comment and to even point this out if it is true to me is worse than swearing or name calling on the blogs.
I was surprised to see this story yesterday. I was under the impression that it was policy not to publish stories about suicides. I may have been wrong, or the policy may have changed - that seems to happen often these days.
I read about 10 comments and had to stop. I am soooo glad to be away from that site... Yea, orbs was deleted. What a joke. That was not the reason I left. It was journalism like this very article and their allowing of posts that are downright sensationalism and outright disgusting.
kc, I agree, they should have shut that down immediately...No, they never should have published that story to begin with; they should have known better.

Suicide = A permanent solution to a temporary problem.
There’s no way in hell that story should have been posted. The surviving family members do not need to be reminded by seeing it in the paper.
