How hard can it be?

It seems that our hometown newspaper's online edition has once again run afoul technically.

All of the comments are showing up on the wrong stories. I have to admit, it's pretty funny.

How hard can it be to maintain a website? This one is always flawless.

This site has good caretakers....
: ) Nah, it takes care of itself. It has been very easy to manage.

Blogspot is free. I'm sure "the port" was not a cheap purchase either.

I noticed that last night. I thought maybe it was part of a promotion, like "Spin the Wheel of Commentary" and see where your post shows up. :P

Orbs, too funny. Looks like they got it fixed.

I'll go check out the obituaries. Maybe the comments showed up there.

OK who hacked their system? Whoever did better come forward and take your punishment like a man/woman and then show them how to fix it. kk;) I mean jk:o

I saw this earlier and thought what the hell is up, didn't they read the article. But when I noticed it continued thru the whole comment section I figured something got screwed up in the system. It's so nice not having to deal with those problems here, thanks to our wonderful caretakers.

I noticed that last night. Also, all of the stories had 75 comments! LOL I refreshed and they all dropped down to 37. I thought it was pretty funny..

It's so nice having our own place, I knew we could do better :)
I'm glad we moved out of there and into our own place, makes me wonder why we didn't do it sooner... :)

I had noticed it this morning. I had to look at them twice before saying WTF. I thought my eyes were deceiving me. That's JT for ya.

What are you guys talking about?

anon, The JT site had comments spuriously linked to different stories.

Comments about the 8th street murder were landing on the story about McCain's visit, etc.
