Pretty funny as hubby isn't a big conversationalist, but his is even funnier...
"Dominique" by The Singing Nun
I've heard of Simon and Farfunkel but the Singing Nun? Where did they come up with those names even WAY back then?? I don't even start on the names of bands in the last 15 years, yikes!!
That Lucky Old Sun by Frankie Laine...geesh...I am an old geezer or geezette...whatever. And why do I remember listening to half the sounds you guys are posting?
Ok, blame it on me. I went disco dancing. Heck... it was fun. I also thought John Travolta was the hottest thing in Saturday Night Fever. Yeah, I'm so ashamed....At least I didn't have the big hair though.
Speaking of Disco.... How's this for a flashback (or nightmare) Polyester leisure suits, disco dancing in the Bunny Hutch at the Lake Geneva Playboy club..... The 70's version of "Living the High Life"
"Light My Fire" by The Doors Kinda fitting:)

A disco version of Star Wars and the Cantena song. How depressing. DISCO? What were you old people thinking?
ReplyDeleteI swear to God that I had absolutely nothing to do with Disco. And I only went to a disco once, in Minneapolis, when we were visiting friends.
