We received the following from Why Not? today:
It's a girl.
Maia Lynn born at 6:00p.m. after only 6 hours of labor. She weighs 8.2 lbs and 19.7 inches long or metric 3710g and 50cm.
She is a very healthy and may I say extrememly cute Irregular baby girl.
Just wanted to update all of my Irregular friends.

Thank you all!! it's been very interesting these last 2 days. Pictures will be coming as a part of any good parent..
Strangely enough our first daughter seems to be very interested in the new baby but less sure about mom and dad..
anyways just wanted to say thanks for your support and beejay thanks for your tips.. even though I never did any of them I'm sure just the idea of them made things go so quickly..
Will be back when the time arises as we are now leaving the hospital and I'm sure a whole new world is opening up as soon as we get home to the real world.
