It's incredible to think that BLU (he? she?) erased the background and the moving parts of the characters for each frame, then drew them back in slightly moved, then took the pic, then erased/painted over it and did it again. If you stop looking at the morphing character and concentrate on the background instead, you get a better appreciation for what was involved.

Definately some unsual animation-kinda reminds me of Pink Floyd The Wall.
