  1. That is some scary stuff! Can't you also just smother it with a lid? Besides being bad for your arteries, that is another good reason not to deep fry food.

  2. Yes, kk, I believe you can. I have a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. And full protective gear. I cook intense.
