The ISS (International Space Station)

This is right up Hale-Bopps alley.....

USAToday presented a very well done piece on the station assembly.

If you have not seen this assembly diagram, you will probably find it quite spectacular.

    That was really cool. It gave you the sense of how big it is, the planning involved, the cooperation of countries and what an amazing feat we have accomplished.
