I had one of those in my garbage can one day. As I walked by, I could hear something and looked, only to see this REALLY ugly Possum hissing at me. I took the can to the back woods and let it out. It just ran off slowly into the weeds. Man thier ugly.
Toad, they are ugly aren't they? I remember watching one go down the sidewalk one day. The little critter was no more than a foot away from me. It just walked right pasr me ignoring me.
There was one summer where we had an unexplained smell in the basement. It started to get really bad and we just couldn't find where it was coming from. So we opened up the basement window. The smell wouldnt go away in fact it started getting worse after we opened the window. A day or so later we went outside to find a dead possum curled up right outside that basement window we opened. They aren't pretty while they are alive, definitely not pretty when dead nor are they fresh smelling.

I've seen possums on the streets at night, as well as skunks and raccoons.

Orbs, I actually had a skunk on my patio looking inside through my screen door. I dare not let my dog out...

Drew, I'll bite...(I guess so will "the cat")
Where did the picture come from? That is a Racine phone number. I'm right on the floor laughing with you! Too funny!
No, it has the wrong area code. Mom said, "It sure is an ugly cat... "
Thanks huck, reading too fast again. That darn Evelyn Wood...
I met that cat at a party last night.
Los Angeles California cell phone,
seems disconnected but I guess I can try later.
That one is ugly but in defense of possums everywhere I have to say some of them are cute...the babies are really cute :)
Why Not?-Eewwww!!
kk-I got that from somebody's else's blog. It got me giggling so hard, that I couldn't resist.
Huck-you're right.
A reader-you actually tried calling that number?...wow...
Barb-you're right, all animals are cute in their own way:)
