Hey everybody, I'm back! I got another memory for you! I remember going Up North listening to my usual classic rock on the radio. My "daughter" , then 15 years old, would complain to me for not keeping up with the times. The truth to the matter is...I am keeping up.
The internet is an amazing place to find new music. Many though the blogs. KK introduced me to My Morning Jacket and Barbara(aka Layla) introduced me to Back Door Slam on her website. So is there any new music, my friends, that you would like to share? And where do you look to find them?

Great tune. Reminds me of real old style rock and roll. Great guitar work, excellent, strong vocals.
I love to listen to Pandora and Jango. The more input you give it on songs it plays, the better suited to your likes the selection of music it delivers. I've found countless new artists that way and have built up quite an eclectic collection. It is amazing the variety of music you can check out through the lakeshore libraries.

As I've said in the past, I don't listen to much music anymore. I used to listen to WMSE for new or different stuff. Now the internet has overtaken my life. I know that kk has combined music with the net, but for some reason that hasn't clicked with me. I'm more likely to come across new music here than anywhere else these days.
These guys are great...you know how much I love them! I love Last FM for the same reason KK loves her two, Jango and Pandora. They sound very similar.
