I've stated elsewhere that I believe that the residents of Racine have already lost this election. The two official choices are liar/thief Number 1 and liar/thief Number 2. Both of their current positions call for quick-witted lying on the spot, so I'm sure that either one will fit in comfortably with Racine's current crew of alderliars and thieves.
What has been bugging the hell out of me recently is the above still of Mayor Mini Me and Governor Doofuss stuck on the main page of http://www.journaltimes.com/. Their smug faces remind me of the Beckerphile whenever I click on that page; that taunting stare that says, "We screwed you, we are screwing you, and we will continue to screw you."
After tomorrow, Mayor Mini Me will be no more and he can go back to facilitating the public rehabilitation of the Beckerphile. I'm sure that before this saga is over, we will have a statue of the Beckerphile atop the monument in Monument Square, perhaps with the likeness of Mayor Mini Me below standing guard before his trusted friend and confidant.

I am all for fast mass transit, BUT it do not want to pay any additional taxes to support it. I do not want to pay someone’s wage for driving, repair/maintaining or anything to do it. It has to be 100% self sustaining otherwise, junk the project.
I just got a phone call recorded message from "Friends of BOB".....They stated that the USA made history with the Obama election and now they'd like to make history here in Racine.........what the hell does that mean? Because he's black his election will be historic? What about what he stands for? Does everything need to be black and white these days?.During the message they even said if you're voting for BOB they'll come and pick you up and take you to the polls. He might have been my 1st choice but the phone call said something different to me about him and his suporters...Am I totally wrong here?

I have to agree with AA. It's really a dilemma for me to decide who to vote for. I don't think I'll know until I'm in the booth (curtains).
And then, 20% of the voters or less will bother to vote, so most people don't give a shit anyway. And they say that I'm cynical.
