Reality television has reached a new low. "What happens when you put a Muslim imam, a Christian priest, a rabbi and a Buddhist monk in a room with 10 atheists?" This is the tagline for a new reality show called Penitents Compete. The rabbi, priest, monk, and iman all try to convert the atheists to their religion.
I am not sure who should be more offended by this. The atheists are being told "We are giving the biggest prize in the world, the gift of belief in God." Or the religious as they are being reduced to a marketing campaign on the level of Coke vs Pepsi.

I saw this last week. A smart atheist would just sit back and watch the fur fly between the holy men.

I too agree with you Huck. Just sit back and enjoy watching them argue as to who is "chosen one for God's work".
Why would anyone watch "reality TV" when you can just turn the TV off and watch reality?
