Uh-Oh!

She has since forgiven the blogger, but her lawyer still wants to sue (imagine that).

On a related note, the reporter in the video states that the city of Springfield is sponsoring music in an attempt to draw people to its downtown.

Racine isn't the only one?

There is a difference of being vicious and stating an opinion. One shouldn't be allowed to threaten or stalk someone. One *should* be allowed to state displeasure about celebrities, businesses or political figures. Who draws that line?

Uh-Oh is right. New fodder for lawyers to sink their money hungry teeth into. Freedom of speech backers will probably fight back on this one.... also with lawyers.

I wonder if I could sue some of the rappers. I can claim they where talking about my personal life.

This reminds me when I was in Germany I called the president of the United States a bad name. The people I was with (Germans) told me I cannot talk about him like that, that I could get in trouble! They have a whole different outlook on Freedom of Speech.

Deformation of character or Slander, don’t you have to prove it affected your life physically, like with income or something like that?

Just because it made you feel bad...oh well to bad so sad!
