See were the distribution for Wisconsin is going to be? In a Chicago suburb. That says something about the use tax system here in Wisconsin.

I am not a professional economist but I do know that unemployment is one of the lagging economic indicators as opposed to a leading economic indicator. Leading indicators tell you what they think is going to happen and lagging indicators tell you what already happened.

Of course economics is called "The Dismal Science" for a reason!
