I'm torn. I didn't even know about the Cory Mason fiasco until I read Stu's post and followed up on it. Not a word in the Journal Times or the Racine Post that Mason voted against increased funding to fight welfare fraud in Racine. From our buddies at Racine News: "During the Joint Finance Debate, Rep. Mason said he had real concerns with allocating more money to Racine County when they clearly had problems with enforcement and that he wasn’t inclined to give them more money until we get better fraud investigation from Racine County than Journal Sentinel reporters." - http://racinenews.org/2009/11/03/joint-finance-committee-defeats-bipartisan-amendment-to-provide-additional-resources-to-fight-child-care-fraud/#more-35953
How are we supposed to stay involved in our government when our news sources don't even report the news?
So, vote for Mason for enabling welfare fraud or vote for the Journal Times for enabling Mason to enable fraud and stealing ideas from the people they supposedly "serve"?
Oink oink oink, so many piggies and only one vote.
True dat, hale, and I certainly know how to do it, but I don't like to taint things on the JTI site. I like to believe that there is at least one place I can go where people aren't trying to scam other people.
Not to worry.. I went to the doc and she said I am ok. Cut down on smoking (ya right) and take TWO sleeping pills at nite and don't take any more fish oil pills. Those were killers!!!!
I can't help it; it makes me giggle to see Sassa's stomach on the list of options!

Didn't you used to live in Chicago, Orbs? I think you still have more than one vote priveleges.
