It's back!
After a holiday hiatus, it is time for the return of Bird of the Week. We are in full "State of..." season, and i know there must be something brewing in your craw's. Who cut your cheese. Who made your blood boil. Who makes you want to show them you think they are number one. Please leave your nomination and reason in the comments.

I nominate Mayor John Dickert for hiring a PR guy to "control" the news out of City Hall.
I'd like to nominate the whole fiasco over the taxpayer-funded recycle bins being crammed down citizen's throats, which now looks like the whole program might be challenged... Or is it too late? I guess Dickert can take the hit on that one too.
I have been appointed to be the proxy vote for Minnesota Vikings fans. My nomination on their behalf is Brett Farve.
I cannot blame Mr Racine for taking the job, I guess I would also being a cushy situation.
I nominate EVERYONE that voted or has anything to do with this adding another bucket of shit. Additionally, I totally agree with KK about the trash bins. Fire all those bastards too.
I nominate Jim Doyle for using the State of the State address to sugar coat his failed legacy of debt, tax increases and corruption.

I nominate Cory Mason for passing of Jeff Neuabauer's work as his own...
And for pushing legislation that will benefit Neubauer, a contributor, financially.
