Once again, I propose that a citywide holiday be declared for Wednesday and that all bars open early. Does anyone know what kind of odds the bookies are giving? Does anyone know where I can place a bet?

I'm sure that the TV station trucks with their satellite transmitters will be parked on Wisconsin Ave Wednesday. Might be an opportunity to make money for a day. Sell "programs" or something. Hot Dog Guy should get the cart out. Too bad the steps aren't done on the courthouse or a performance could be staged there. Maybe a musical number or a short morality play. I think there's room for that, though, in front of the Law Enforcement Center's entrance.
I'm disappointed, depressed and frustrated already.
The question should be...is this his first experience into the world of perversion or does he have victims?
