Not all sugars are equal though, SER. Empty calories plays into the nutrition trade-off factor too. You can't go wrong with adding some fruit to your diet.
I thought the same thing SER did. Then I saw the amount of sugar in my orange juice. Wow! Won't give up the oranges or apples though. I guess we really don't have a clue how much sugar we really ingest a day. Scary.

Natural sugars are better for you than refined sugar, or, worse yet, corn syrup.
Prego pasta sauce always tasted sweet to me. I thought there would be more sugar in it.
Fun pics, although as KK pointed out, there are definitely some of those sugars that are not as bad.
What happend to the coffee...I thought it was "one lump or two?" NOT 12!
