SER: GOOD stuff. I particularly liked the one about Customer Service. I took GREAT pride in ALWAYS trying to answer the phone at once. If the customer had to leave voice mail, I ALWAY'S called them back right away. THIS was TOTALY the opposite thinking of the company. They didn't care. It was soooooooo much fun.
