1. Last road trip?
Last July to Red River New Mexico. Maybe up there in September if airline tickets don't go down.
2. Getaway places?
No not really.
3. Been on a boat?
We have a boat that is mainly used for fishing.
4. Been on a cruise?
Once. Went to Key West (LOVED), Cozumel, (okay) and Belize (hated). Would love to save some money and go on an Alaskan cruise to see the whales.

1. I haven't had a vacation in a long time. Last over-nighter was up north for a picnic.
2. I'm like a dog. "Go for a ride in the car?" I don't care where it is, I'll go.
3. Yes. Lots of times. Don't ever take The Badger (slow car ferry) across Lake Michigan... Not fun! It is cold, windy and sloooow!
4. Never on a cruise. I think I'd love that!
1. Road trip: To Bryce Canyon. It was for work last fall but still a great trip.
2. A few particular spots in swamps in Florida are nice to really get away.
3. Many, grew up with sailing parents. Canoes, kayaks, ferries and an occasional motorboat as well.
4. Yes, last fall I was an astronomer at sea...meant I had to do a few observing sessions on deck and a couple of lectures during the day, but it was all expenses paid. Think I want to try and arrange that again!

hmm.. it would have been to the west coast of sweden a couple of years ago if you don't count traveling to the states last summer, you take a car for part of that trip

yes, the family has a neat place there on the west coast here.. and back in the states my mom and dad have a great little place up north

yes
4) Have you ever been on a cruise?
a few times.. to Finland, Estonia, Latvia and England. Shorter trips, not that exciting actually pay a lot of money for ok food and being stuck in the same proximity with extremely drunk people with no real chance to get away..

3)Yes I have. Been out on Lake Michigan a few times on a fishing boat. Once off the coast of California whale watching. Saw dolphins!

Drew, I can watch dolphins from the Gilchrist Bridge at Charlotte Harbor...so cool.....
