Oh my, I read that last night before going to bed.. I was so disturbed by it I had a hard time falling asleep.. I just wanted to crawl in bed with my girls and kiss them thousands of times..
I cannot imagine what would go on in someone's life to "force" them to do something like this.. It's beyond my understanding.. truly saddens me in so many ways.. I wish people would value and respect human life.. But like everything else it seems to be becoming more and more disposable.. =(
Horrible tragedy. I agree, we can't understand the thought process or desperation behind something like this. There is a law and provision to try to stop this exact situation. Newborns can be dropped off at a hospital or police station with no questions asked. This does NOT have to occur.
The pro-life/abortion conflict and the ensuing battle over it, in my opinion, causes proper education and information to not get into the hands of those who really need it.
We can have casual sex, watch porn on our computers, have loose morals ALL over the media for our children to absorb... but damn it, we better not educate and inform our children properly about sex and the responsibility and consequences that come with it.

I don't know. This kind of tragedy plays out every so often. Who knows what kind of desperation she was in? It's just sad.
