Hale, hopefully your vacation won't be rained out. Looks a little wet down there.
I am worried about our friend Toad. If I am correct he lives in Mauston which isn't too far from where the damn broke. I e-mailed him but haven't heard which is strange.
We are going to get rain, but not what the other coast is getting...Hale is north of me a bit...I'm hoping to get Grandma to the audiologist for a hearing aid check...hope she remembers to put them in...lol....that's the problem with hearing aids, they only work if you WEAR them. I wear mine faithfully and wish they would correct as much they do for merely a hearing loss....this tinnitus is for the birds...chirp, chirp, chirp (and that, folks is one of the noises I hear!)
Toad, you had better check in with us! I also e-mailed a relative in that area and have not heard back from them. Hoping they are all okay and just busy, busy, busy!
I need some jokes to pick me up. Yesterday I crabbed at everyone. Gotta get a mood change!!!Oh I got a semi sad one: When I was 10 years old all I wanted was a red balloon, but they cost a dime and I didn't have one. Today I have lots of dimes...but I don't want a red balloon.
I hope Toad and family are OK. I'm sending out good vibes.
Happy wacky Wednesday evening. LG finally shows my old monitor arriving at their warehouse today, although FedEx says they delivered it Monday. Please just get it fixed or replaced and shipped to me ASAP.
