I just got back from celebrating Thanksgiving in the northern woods of Wisconsin. I had a great time with family and friends! Musta gained about 20 pounds on the turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, the casseroles, stuffing, chairs, ice cream and I'm stuffed!The weather? It was blustery cold when I arrived at my folks place just south of Crandon. Temperatures hovered around seven degrees. There was about two inches of snow that covered the ground. The lakes and rivers were starting to freeze up there giving it a more of a surreal landscape.

ReplyDeleteLooks mighty cold to me....glad you enjoyed yourself....I'm sweating bullets putting up Christmas stuff today....can't believe it is this warm in November, almost December! We will cool down later this week for a few days....and our lows will stay relatively low.
