How long before what you say (or write or think or sing or dance or paint or draw or create or do) in private will have to conform to certain standards?
Take it from the son of immigrants who lived under the occupation of both the Nazis and the Soviets: this is not good. This is very bad. They've banned books before. They've burned them, too. Big deal. But when they start rewriting them, then Big Brother is here.
