Another case of "The coffee is hot, be careful" idiocy. Lawsuits. anyone can play if they're stupid. This gal is suing the mall for not coming to her aid. I'm going huh? She was drowning? She needs to dye her blond. She does a disservice to brunets.

I saw this video the other day and laughed. She's suing? What a screwed-up world. This is dumber than the hot McDonald's coffee thing. At least in that case, the company actually sold something to a woman that she was dissatisfied with. In this case, the woman is just stupid and walks into the water. "I am an idiot, and you're going to pay for it!" Just wait, the result of this will be malls across the country putting up huge barricades around their "water obstacles" or removing them completely.
I still chuckle every time I read a prescription label and it tells me to take the pills "by mouth." Good thing they do, or I might stick them elsewhere...

What about that Ambien comercial saying you 'might do things in your sleep'. Isn't some woman using that as a defenxe for her OWI charge?

There are videos out there of people walking into poles on the street while texting. I get really angry when I see someone driving and are paying more attention to their phone than to the road. I'm wondering if they are really writing tickets to those who continue to text and drive.

I saw this today and laughed and hit rewind a few times, then to think she's going to sue? she booked it out of there fast, nobody could have come that fast and it was her own oblivious fault, I hope they throw the case out with a burst of laughter
