Russian inventor shows off propeller backpack



I want one of those. In the summer, I could use roller skates or blades. A few years ago, I could have built one in mom's garage. Now I don't have access to facilities or parts. To hell with Segways, I think this is the wave of the future.

    I don't want one. 25 miles per hour with a small toddler on your back? I can barely stay on my feet under my own power! :)

    Powered paragliders. Nothing new, just a different app for the power unit.

    It is a puny, one stage snowblower. I had to shovel the snow down before I could move forward. It was like eating with no teeth! (Still beat lifting it all though)
