Tonight - Wintry Mix

Rain and Snow Showers then changing to Winter Mix tonight????

I guess I need coffee to understand that one.....

    Partly cloudy = mostly sunny, partly cloudy. Partly sunny = mostly cloudy, party sunny. Forget the coffee... Now I need something stronger! ;>

    Why don't they just say it like it is? Keep your winter coat on and the shovel near your door.

    Oh No...tomorrow we have "Patchy" clouds and Wednesday...Party Cloudy, would that still be "mostly sunny"?
