Damp it, I fell to the #3 seed. Every Friday is a good Friday, and I hope it is especially good for all of you. I get to go visit my dear 80 y/o Mom, who BTW still manages to run 2 miles a day. She is amazing. You guys are all great.

I'm 4th, but I've given up trying.

jed, all moms are amazing, but yours is unbelievable. I hope to be able to still walk when I'm 80.

Thanks KK, yes all mom's are amazing. My Mom leaves for her run every morning after breakfast... and she gets back by dinner. lol j/k. She actually has the US record for best time in a 10K race for a woman over 65. And she loves to tell you all about it....

Sorry no Four for Fridays this week. The computer is on the fritz...Firefox crashed. I'm barely running off on IE right now. Taking my computer in and going Up North. Hopefully, it'll be working right by Monday. Have a good Easter everybody!
