Just a few quick shots of sunset tonight. First, a small mock mirage flash above the Sun. Wish I had a little higher res on this one...they are pretty small but it's always a treat to get them before sunset.
Now a few shots of the sunset proper with the usual series of flashes behind different peaks on the mountains.

You shoulda seen the FLASHES we saw up her In Central WI. yesterday. WOW. I hate STORMS.
I got some new equipment so I am looking to try some lightning photography this summer when the storm season picks up.
I LOVE storms. I'm looking forward to some lightning pictures, hale! Feel free to practice on us.
Wouldn't that be called "flash" photography?
