That's a great idea! Everyone should turn over all of their money, too, so that the government can protect it for them.

Actually a lot of businesses In Racine have had a Lock Box located at the business, that the fire or police dept. could access In case of emergency.

WTF? Government has run totally amok. What did the guy say? If an idea has merit, it doesn't matter how many oppose it? Sounds a lot like what is being attempted here.
