I was just reading an article on MSNBC about the top Great Lakes Beaches. Racine's North Beach wasn't on the top but it is on the list.

We received four out of five stars.

I'm escorting a neighbor and his cat to the vet this afternoon. Just a checkup, but the cat yowls all the way there and back. Don't they all?

The trip to the vet went well. My keeping a hand in the cat carrier to pet the kitty helped. He still howled a little. He got a distemper shot. Hmm, I wonder if they make those for humans? I have a terrible temper...
