48% of the fish that they tested were mislabeled, always to the disadvantage of the consumer. I never thought about this until I heard a snatch of a show on NPR today. A lot of people are making a lot of money by selling mislabeled fish.
Orb's, I must admit I never thought about It, but who the hell knows what the fish your looking at In the market? The only fish I can identify Is Monk Fish, and Tuna. Beyond that, forget It. Once It's skinned, and fileted, who know's? I couldn't get the video. Maybe I will get It tommorow?

That is amazing and no one gets busted...business as usual
I'm hooked on Tilapia right now. It has a unique shape, so, hopefully, I'm getting what I'm paying for?
(Love the holiday avatar, SER!)
AMAZING! The front wheel on the truck was going clockwise while the back wheel was going counter clockwise!
KK, Do you cut the little pink stripe out of the middle of the Tilapia? I find It to be strong tasting.
What pink stripe? Uh-oh! (Actually, I never noticed a strong taste)
This is just a subject I never thought about before, and it is so easy to rip people off.
I don't eat much fish, and when I do, it is usually in the form of a fast food fish sandwich. God knows what's in those.
Would it easier to get a fishing pole?
