My girls slept in today, didn't get up until after 8, Mina's preschool starts at 8 oops.. Was going to keep her home anyways because we have been fighting colds here. I usually get up with my husband around 6, but just had to take it easy in bed for a little while longer this morning.. oops.. ah well. Good thing I think woke up at 8 and it said 28 degrees outside.. feels good to be in our nice warm apartment right now..

Happy Friday and weekend.. We are heading out to my husbands students music festival tonight.. they are a great bunch of very talented kids.. look forward to listening..

One of these days!!!! I couldn't go to sleep last nite so I got up and played Mahjong and went to bed at 12:01...now if only I could remember to log in to you guys..!!!!

Happy Friday everyone! We are going to have a gorgeous weekend in the 80's and then the bottom drops out next week into the 50s and 60's. Brr.

Today is the last day of the high school regular football season. What will I do with myself? No more whistles to toot. No more flags to throw. No more coaches to eject...

Migrate south, Logjam. Regular season here still has several weeks to go. In Florida, high school football playoffs didn't end until early December.

Track season was also very different. In Florida, practices started in late January and state finals were in late April. Wisconsin it is more like March to early June.
