Are you a “Black Friday Shopper”?

When I was working I use to listen to some of the ladies discuss their “Plan of Attack” for the day. It was some serious business to them; they would have it written down on paper exact time of when and where they would be. “Pick up Susie at 4am, go to Denny’s for breakfast, be at Target at 5 and yada, yada, yada, I got a big chuckle out of it.

I see now Kohl’s has joined in the “early opening scheme’ along with other large retailers such as Macy’s and Target. These stores have now committed to opening at midnight November 25th and remain open for 24 hours.

I think it’s a good idea verses fighting the long lines at checkout. I wouldn’t doubt in the next few weeks 24-hour restaurants will advertise specials for the wee early morning shoppers.

They should just be done with it and start the sales at 12 AM on Thanksgiving Day so that those who are foaming at the mouth to shop can get it out of their systems.

This may be the first real test of concealed carry in Wisconsin. I can just see someone shot by someone else with "shopper's rage" on Black Friday.

At midnight last you you could download applicatios for concealed.

The state said they had over 83,000 download as of something like 3:30 today.

Some of the deals that they offer are spectacular; however, there really isn't anything that I want that badly. I've shopped online for Black Friday. That is the only way I'd do it.

What do they say? Their real and their spectacular. lol, is it "their" or "there", I'm confused. oh wait it's they're, never mind.

This might be the year I have to go out and shop. Only because I am looking for a GPS unit as my husbands quit working. I will say this, if I don't see it on sale, then I will be at home putting the finishing touches on the Christmas decorations.

I will check the deals on-line! Much, much easier....

I shop online, too, but sometimes the shipping and handling costs ruin the deal.

I worked with an old timer in landscape who would say, "If Farm and Fleet doesn't have it, then you don't need it."

have never and never plan on being 'one of those'. I work every other Thanksgiving and Black Friday, the off ones I prefer to sleep, guess I'm an odd duck...
