Hello from sunny Florida to all. Beautiful day...already rode 14.4 miles this morning. Ah, the wonder of it all...went to the doctor yesterday...no big weight loss (drats...probably all that beer and cheese leftover from my WI vacation!) I won't even mention how many fish fries I consumed while in the dairy state!

But the cholesterol number was down! Oh good...bp was up...not good. Back on my low anything that tastes good crappy diet.

wow, these guys didn't want to pull over so I could get online sooner, too much fun out on the road! and I don't have one of those fancy schmancy phones that can access the net... Beejay, did the dr clear you for pick up? I think we're getting near FL!!!
