Hello everyone! Welcome to the final episode of Four for Fridays of the year! Hope everyone had a great year! Here are some questions to ponder...

    2. Not really....perhaps try to be more organized and more patient.

    3. I got to see the Pacific Northwest for the first time. It was awesome.

    4. I am hopeful of good health, peace and just continuing to be happy with my life.

    Have a great New Year!!!!

  2. Hard to believe, time flies. I love to ponder and perpend...
    1. Watching football with my 5th's
    2. No resolutions, they would be broken by Monday.
    3. Selfishly, making it to Jan 31st...oh wait, I have not made it yet.
    4. Making it to Jan 31st 2012 and learning how to post stuff on here.

  3. 1. Plans? Are we supposed to plan for that, too?
    2. Be a better person, eat healthier, lose some weight, be more organized, strive for world peace... same thing every year, lasts less than one day.
    3. Overall, 2011 was a very rough year. I'd have to say my daughter's wedding was the highlight.
    4. Less stress, maybe the opportunity of a newly posted job?

Happy New Year, Drew and everyone!

  4. 1. We always stay in and have a steak and lobster dinner.
    2. Try to be a better person.
    3. After a year of tornadoes, earthquakes and heat and drought, I am most thankful for the heavy rains that filled the ponds and brought the lakes back.
    4. The Olympics. I LOVE the Olympics. Can't wait.

  5. 1. Having a couple of friends over.. nothing too crazy, some pulled pork bbq sandwiches and some other small good stuff.. going out to watch the fireworks (no need to professional fireworks here, you can get a hold of some pretty big ones as a amateur.. you just go out and are surrounded by a sky full of fireworks no matter where you look)

    2. Not really.. I would love to find some sort of exercise that I enjoy doing and would keep up with, so I can finally get rid of the last so many lbs of extra baby weight..

    3. My trip back to my beloved Racine.. She was in rough shape this last trip, it was sad to see, but I still had a great time visiting with friends and family.. thanks to you all on here for helping make my trip special..

    4. Nothing much specific.. watching the girls grow even more.. Mina starting school (OMG!!) my SIL will be getting married..

  6. 1. Nope

    2. If the only reason you want to do something is because of a date on a calendar, you will fail. You will only succeed in making changes when it gets important enough for you to put in the work.

    3. That tweetup was pretty awesome.

    4. I rarely know what the highlight will be at the beginning of the year, but it always seems to happen.

  7. 1) I have to work tomorrow. I don't care what I do as long as I am with Drew for the evening.

    2) Just staying healthy and trying to lose some weight.

    3) My first Grandchild being born and being there for her birth. I also have to say being with Drew is very important to me so what we go and do together is always very special to me.

    4) Being able to spend time with family and friends, everyone staying healthy.

I hope everyone has a Great New Years and all of you are family to me!♥

  9. 1) Nothing special.

    2) World Peace.

    3) Being healthy for a couple of months. 2011 was without a doubt one of the worst years of my life.

    4) The snarky thing to say would be Dickert's slander trial, but that will just be another manifestation of the cancer in Racine city government. Reading Why Nots' response to the best event of 2011 for her being her visit back home, but what sad shape Racine is in, made me cry a little. I guess maybe when you live here and are daily bombarded with the lies from City Hall and Journal Times, daily bombarded with the crime, daily bombarded with the assaults upon integrity and morality and civility, maybe you become part of it. That's terrible. The Racine I knew was a damn fine town with damn fine people and damn fine features. Now all we have are snakes slithering in their nest at 730 Washington Ave. It's a shame, it's criminal, it's disgusting, and it's heartbreaking.

Being there for your 1st Grandchild will BLOW your mind. It Is perhaps the most wonderful experience you will have, other than giving life yourself. BTW, I was NOT In the delivery room, but was certainly there.
