between the info and the pic, Pettycoat Junction was the 1st thing to come to mind :) Mayberry sounds good too, as long as I get Aunt B, she's so cute!
Which brings up the question, what does it take legally to become a city, or town, or village, or municipality or whatever? Can a town have only 1 person in it?
Maybe we can't have JTIsland, but how about JTIville?
There is always room.. The Swedes have a saying: "where there's heart room there is fart room" (well actually the translation would be rump room but that doesnt rhyme so we use fart room kinda the same idea).
There is a town here in Sweden not to far away from us that has it's own name where my friend comes from, but it's basically only his family and the farm that makes up the town..
It's OK with me. When I fly again, It's only ONE way, so "COME FLY WITH ME" We can introduce Kringle to Sweden. Actually It was Me, My Wife (I may change my mind) my 2 daughters, and 8 grand-kids. With a few more, we just may be able to start a NEW town? IRREGULARVILLE UnFricken Incorporated. Population ???? Sign entering town. Come see our Church, and several Taverns. I have tins of the GREATEST Swedish Gingerbread Cookies I ever had. They are about an 8th of an inch thick, and really crispy. I only wish I would have bought the entire store out. They were from Sam's club, and for Christmas. They clearanced them for $2.34 instead of $9.99 I could kick myself in the butt. BTW. I'm not against Denmark instead. Thisted.
The ginger bread cookies are really good.. I would imagine it was Annas pepparkakor which are delicious, those are the only brand I've seen in the States.. If you like a little blue cheese it's a nice dessert to do.. It's quite common to do around here is to eat blue cheese on gingerbread around Christmas time.. If you need some I could always send some..
I would imagine the Swedes would dig the Racine Kringle.. They do very much love their fika =)

The smallest town I have ever passed through was Emblem, Wyoming on the way to Yellowstone. It has a population of 10.
