Well, I can't vote in WI and here it was only for the GOP primary...ahem...and, yes, we do have to show picture ID...guess I don't know what the big deal is since we have to show it for about anything else we do....
Done, I voted. I was 125 at 3:30 pm. You still have to sign, but no request for ID.
Beejay, initially, I felt the same way about showing ID. It seemed like a given. I did quite a bit of reading and research since there was so much controversy, and found that it can cause hardship for some disabled and the poor in some areas and instances where there are not adequate resources available in close proximity for them to comply. Also found out that the instance of abuse/fraud was minuscule, in comparison to the cost of implementing this new law.

Make your voice and vote count! Thank you sheriff.
Yes, sir/ma'am! Can I wait until the polls open?
Remember, you should not have to show identification. They will probably still ask...

#27 at a little before 10 AM, First District. I thought I had to show ID. When I offered it, I was told, "Not yet."
We won some and we lost some yesterday.
Gee, it seems no matter the outcome, we lose. Not good.
