4) Got the tree down from the attic yesterday. Set it up, plugged it in and all the lights go on. Will decorate it tonight. Exterior illumination happens over the weekend.
1. I can do at least 20 land line numbers but just 1 on cell phone. Reminds me I need to back up my cell phone.

1. These days, I barely remember my own. In truth, I remember many numbers to which there are no longer people attached. I guess with cell phones that store numbers, and people changing their service so frequently, we no longer commit phone numbers to memory.
2. Wild life kind of creeps me out. I have a long running battle with chipmunks.
3. In my line of business, I try really hard not to use swear words. They slip out from time to time.
4. Not one decoration up yet. I'm hoping I can muster up some holiday spirit. It has been very difficult the past few years. The commercialism just continues to make me sick. Have you seen the Target ads with the maniacal woman compulsive shopper?
Toad, I was drinking water. I now have a clean monitor. I used to go to Bonnie Dunes and I always saw beavers and snails. Yes, nine times out of ten they were naked.

Avian- a Northern Shrike. This butcherbird has been sighted by other birders at Cliffside and Bender Parks last weekend. Tried tracking it down-no luck yet. Trying again this weekend.
Mammalian- Timber Wolf, Lynx, Wolverine, River Otters
Reptilian- Eastern Massasauga (Trust me, I'm not gonna touch this guy)

I always wanted to go on an African safari and see all that roams on the Serengeti in a safe caged vehicle.

Not too many offend me. Use a few here and there...can even spell some of them.
4) Do you have your Christmas decorations up yet?
I am putting up virtually all of them so I can weed some out of my
house for when I move away in a
year or 2.
