    cool, Swedish pancakes are great.. traditionally they are served after soup usually on Thursdays.. Swedes like to break up the days of the week and have a special meal on each of the days.. I dont know them all, but Thursday pea soup and pancakes is a tradition.. potato sausage I havent heard of but there is a lot of regional foods.. it would be fun to try it out one time..
