Guys, my husband and I worked very hard to make things work on Jacato Drive. We decided to let someone else give it a try. Well, last night there was a horrific fire there. If you can find it in your hearts, please try to help these folks out. My heart hurts ... We worked so hard with tenants... Gave people a chance. No, we didn't get rich...far from it...but, in the end I felt we helped decent people who had little in the way of money get on the right track. It isn't always about money.
Wow, that place was flame'in and no one got hurt, that's amazing.

ReplyDeleteWhat a shame. Thank you to emergency personnel.
Beejay, When we were first married, we lived In the building at the far end of the street, on the East side. We moved to what I believe was 2500 to the upper on the corner of the building, where the fire Is near In the front. That apartment was a very nice unit. Had everything we needed, and actually we never had any trouble. This was all back In 1972and It's really kind of sad what has happened. All kinds of people lived In those units over the years, and now Many, Many people are without places to go. What a shame. All probably for no reason, but money?

ReplyDeleteThe Journal Times quotes lying John at the scene. The man who wanted to close down a fire station and reduce firefighters, takes advantage of a terrible fire to spew his BS.
