"Thomas Holmes owner of Park 6 Racine WI."

That's right, Mr. Holmes won his court case in October. The city has known from the start that Wahlen did not properly swear out a complaint. That was pointed out by then-Ald. Marcus way back when. Still the city pursued Dickert's vendetta. Now lying John is going to cost us again, just like the Bielefeldt settlement. More lawyers getting rich on our tax dollars. We can't afford Dickert.

Headline Holmes still has a long, long way to go to achieve justice.

The Racine County Court System and City government family is corrupt with incestuous relationships.

Headline Holmes lawyer Vince Bobit is a former policeman, prosecutor and judge before entering civil law.

He worked in the corrupt Milwaukee system and knows the ropes, but he still has to overcome the corrupt
Racine System.

Good luck Vince in seeking justice for your client

No matter what happens, we pay. Lawyers always win. I should have gone to law school.

Was this video a product of CAR 25?

I can't say so with authority, but I believe it's a clip taken from the CAR25 broadcast/tape of the Common Council Meeting on Jan. 15.

This action will go above the jurisdiction of Racine and the State - there will be a lawsuit coming in the Federal Courts under the "Color of Law" abuses, Federal Law Title 42.

The FBI is the lead federal agency for investigating color of law abuses, which include acts carried out by government officials operating both within and beyond the limits of their lawful authority. Off-duty conduct may be covered if the perpetrator asserted his or her official status in some way.

I can say with certainty that people have been in contact with the FBI and providing evidence and testimony, but it is unknown if the FBI will investigate and result in later criminal prosecutions.

Former Police Chief Kurt Whalen certainly has pause for concern here - as do all the actors involved.

What is known is that Thomas Holmes was deprived of his property under the color of law; the actions taken by the City were illegal, and local officials acted under the color of law.

At least one lawsuit will be coming - expect the City to settle out of Court - the cost will likely be high.

Given that city officials acted under the color of law - and did so knowingly - the next question to determine is did they do that as individuals or as City employees?

It's going to get interesting!

While Park 6 was a huge problem in its day, this man makes a very good point. He already won at a higher level and the city is still holding back. Why is he being denied when others are allowed equal or worse behavior and they are renewed without pause?

It seems to me that there needs to be less ambiguity and more conformity and set criteria in the renewal process. The system is failing, miserably. Both establishments should probably be closed.

Since the city "cleaned up" 6th Street, a woman has been shot to death there, literally on the street.

Why the hell didn't Wahlen just swear out a complaint on Park Six properly? After it was pointed out at a City Council meeting that the process was flawed, why didn't they just go back and redo it? Instead, the city attorney recommended moving forward anyway. Guess who gets to pay?

That's the beauty of working for a corrupt administration: you never have to worry about being held responsible for doing your job.

Whalen didn't "swear" to the statement because he knew that it would be perjury and subject him to a possible felony conviction, and loss of his job and pension.

This is what the film "Pattern or Practice" is all about. It's not that the City wasn't justified in taking away some licenses, HOWEVER - the City used one set of standards on people of color, and a different standard on white bar owners. That is discrimination.

The hope was that Thomas Holmes would just go away - and, most people, when facing government action obey. SO - the City knew that it could cheat the system somewhat - and people who don't challenge the defective process, usually just go away. Thomas Holmes was the exception to the rule.

What Chief Whalen did "under the color of law" is a crime. the Chief and the City Attorney certainly knew the law - they just thought Thomas Holmes didn't and would go away. NOW - they are in deep doo-doo.

IF the FBI chooses to bring charges against Kurt Whalen - he faces Federal imprisonment and loss of his pension. Quite a gamble.... IF he had sworn to the complaint - he would for sure be facing Felony perjury charges....

That is the price one pays when you get tangled up in a corrupt city government and get exposed.

We'll see what happens next.

Notice how there has been nothing in the John Dickert Times about Holmes asking for his license back?

The censorship continues on 4th St.

The FBI would be the best thing that could happen to Racine. Dickert's crimes are blatant and outrageous.

The Journal Times talks liberal shit, but when the heat is on, they run and hide behind Dickert's skirt. Journal Times and Dickert making sure that the Civil War stays alive in Racine, Wisconsin. When the hammer comes down. watch them scatter like roaches.
