I read the chat log before it was taken down off the internet. You will never change someone whose inclinations and titillation come from such thoughts. I don't know what you do with them. He will most probably re-offend. He couldn't even stop himself after he was initially caught. The same with Fink. Guard your daughters and yourselves.
Is there going to be ticker tape parade for his homecoming?
Personally, I think a bonfire with a wiener roast would be more appropriate.
