I wonder If his parents have killed themselves yet? When I was young, and played the drums, they hated It. Matter of fact, my brother always's to me to "go drum on my nuts" He used to hold my nose shut while I was sleeping also. I guess I snored. It was either hold my nose shut, or throw shoes at me. It's funny the thing one NEVER forgets.

I grew up next door to a kid who was a drummer. He had the upstairs of the house for his drumming. I heard him often. His father was a musician, too, so I don't know if they complained about the noise. He was pretty good, playing in a number of bands.

The kid has some class, playing to Van Halen. Alex Van Halen has some unique technique to his playing, utilizing the most out of the bass drum.

Those headphones the kid is wearing is a metrophone. These helps the drummers isolate sound while hearing a "click" to help with the timing. I've many drummers use these, especially on the more difficult beats.
