Today's goal - survive work, veg a while and go to bed crazy early. We'll see how that works out

JTI and the downtown connection. Connection 1: Saturday my DLI offered to buy me dinner anywhere I wanted. She suggested Kewpee's. All the way there I kept thinking double cheese burger with everything, fries, and a chocolate malt. We get there about 5:15 and they close at 5 o'clock. Who closes a restaurant at dinnertime? Now I know how Mary felt last week.

Connection 2: I suggest Dewey's (remembering that's where the last JTI get together was)

Connection 3: Just after Brittney (not just a name, it's an attitude) took our order, the Kentucky Derby started. Orb wins the race!

Connection 4: I was parked in front of the Sugar Shack and we decided to have something for dessert. On the menu is the Betty Boop sundae. Vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and a banana.

The JTI is everywhere.

I'm still having withdrawls about not getting to Kewpees.

However, the perch I had at Yard Arm almost made up for it. Almost.

Tonight a little taste of Wisconsin as we are having brats.

Now I'm hungry.

DodgeBoy, FINALLY someone that thinks like me. Your comment "Brittney being not just a name, It's an attitude" makes my day. Brooke Is another one, and on and on. Kewpee's closing at 5 on Sat. WTH. It's been that way forever. Alway's pissed me off too. Here In Mauston, they roll the sidewalks up at about 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Or never even open. It's a kinds of call for an appointment town. SO to answer the Sheriff's question I'm a Don't Bee. You name It, It pisses me off.

I'm a Do-Bee. I LOVED Romper Room! Lol. DodgeBoy, The Irregular "thang " gets into your blood and it can't be shaken! And a good fish fry sounds wonderful!
