so very glad it's cooler today. my sisters dress is heavy and quite thick (odd but true), I won't have to worry about her melting, that's for sure! Looks like the rain is done, let's get this party started!

BLB is correct about the sun rising again tomorrow. I know you don't do wine, but try to relax and be filled with the happiness this day will bring for your sister.

Remember that nothing is perfect and go with the flow. Be gracious, avoid, ignore, and when cornered, play nice with the enemy, not for his sake, but for your own.

it's all good, I know how to hug with a sincere looking smile and a threatening whisper when needed. my neice was actually the 1st glitch/stupid thing of the day, gotta roll with it, situation in it's self isn't funny but she thinks she's so much better than her mom or anyone else, when the high and mighty falter, it's rather hilarious

Let's talk Kringle. When I was In Racine last Saturday, I bought 6 Kringles from the O & H on Durand. I didn't think much about It, but It appears that they are all Machine Made now? You can tell the frosting Is no longer put on by hand because of It's perfect thickness, and width. I now wonder if the entire product Is Machine Made? I'm not buying there anymore. I must admit I like the plastic sheet they lay over the kringle though.

LM, I hope you and your sister have had a wonderful day.

The kringles might be iced by machines, but I think they're still hand made. The thing about kringle is that the dough has to be folded 7 times. That gives it the flakiness.

Time Warner Cable has officially declared my computer to be the problem in my complaints. A tech told me he didn't know how my computer is messing things up, but it is. I've used the computer for years and nothing has changed. When I asked how any computer could occasionally screw up an internet connection like that, he didn't know. They don't know, they don't know, but they know I'm the problem.

oh wow, what a full day! started with a message from my sister that her daughter and her fiance's son went out, got drunk and apparently 'got it on'... follow that with my father and his nutzo sister stalking us at the hall when we dropped stuff off in the morning... to my neice missing the wedding because somehow she ended up in Illinois instead of Franksville... to a blow out between my sister and same neice when we arrived at the reception, to a biker chick giving my other sister attitude, took her out on the spot, geeesh... no one died and I'm not locked up, I think we call it a success, I'm beat!
