Four for Fridays

Hello everyone and welcome back! It has been a long, long week so, I'll keep this short and sweet.... Here are your questions....

1) Have you ever needed stitches?

2) What was the last thing you donated?

3) What restaurant you will never eat at again?

4) What do you have that is of a value to you, but of no value to anybody else?

Enjoy your weekend!

  1. 1. Never had stitches.

    2. Donated kitchen appliances about a month ago.

    3. There was a BBQ place I was getting ready to boycott as every
time we went, they were out of ribs.
But the last two times were good.

    4. My Grandmothers engagement ring.

    Thanks Drew

  2. 1. Not for an accident. But yes, for surgery.

    2. A whole trunk full of stuff.

    3. The list keeps getting longer. Not too many I care to eat at anymore. I think Channel 4 needs to bring their Dirty Dining segment to Racine.

    4. Probably most everything I own.

Thanks, Drew. Is he inventive, or just nosy? ;>

    4) I have a tea set from one of my aunts and a shoe bank that was my dad's. Yes also the things that Drew has given to me.

Hey Legal we are going to have to go and try that Lenny's one day. Yea see it did go to his head again with the bed time games he is still going on about it. Help us please someone. Love to tease you Legal it is so much fun!

  6. 1. Lots of times. A girl threw a rock across 20th street, I ducked, and got hit In the forehead. I was standing inside the neighbors garage watching him re-hang his garage door, and he dropped It, and I went right through the one window, cutting the top of my head. I tried catching a spinning drill fixture once, and when the drill broke the fixture flew off the table of the drill press, and I tried to catch It one handed, and the corner of It went through the palm of my hand. I think that's all.

    2. Money for PA. to save a refuge, for some birds and animals.

    3. The Deli here In Mauston. Ripoff.

    4. My all around knowledge. Some people may call It opinion, but it's not alway's an opinion.

  10. O THB..... Even tho you think you are teasing, you are saying the truth ! He goes on and on so much I left town for a while . Then he won another time and it got too painful. Good thing kk is almost done with her summer job at Lenny's.....but maybe a good future place to meet for a convention since she probably has an in for liquor. Please kk, stop giving Drew and Legal the answers!

  11. I feel so much like Charlie Brown and
    Rodney Dangerfield all in one!

I get no respect and wonder........

"Why is everybody always pick'in on me"

    .......LENNY"S..........

    As Al Bundy would say
    where the bigin's are

  12. Or do you mean Ted Bundy
Or are your undies in a bundie

    ReplyDelete
  13. BLB and Legal I need that laugh between the two of you. When we had are last get together I thought I seen Legal sucking on his thumb and I was going to take a picture of that but I didn't. I like the undies in the bundie better for him. This just sounds more like him.

I get the same thing with Drew going on and on about it too. Then they keep it going until the next week to see which one will post the correct answer first. It is a race for the two of them every week.

  14. BLB, Remember the Steak House In Kenosha on perhaps 75th st. NINO'S At one time that was a great place to get a cheap steak.

That place on the west side that had the Char. grilled Prime Rib (bone In) was good too. I can't remember the name of It. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there. A guy named Whitey, that owned the Elmwood In Racine at one time opened It after he sold Elmwood to Rudy Baker.

ALSO, In Kenosha was a place on 32 or whatever runs in front of St. Catherine's Hospital down the road toward downtown called The Windjammer. Amazing Steaks, but better Blue Cheese stuffed HUGE olives for my Vodka.

  15. I am not giving away the answers. I think those two are in cahoots. They must be supplying the commissioner with Cubans!

  16. Toad! I do remember our wedding rehearsal ! What a beautiful wedding we had, Too bad you had it annulled !
We served the best steaks, all at my dad's expense!
But I still love you as always

  17. THB. I've seen his undies and the tricks he does with them along with the cards notice the man on the deck of cards? I think he too has his undies up his you know what! Cigars? Does Kk and Monica have something in common?

  18. BLB, It was Gearharts. I don't know If I spelled It correctly? Beyond that, you must remember how naive I am? I was still In training.

  19. Havana is a nice place to be at this time of year....

    1) Quite a few. Dog bites, bike mishaps, industrial injuries and operations.

    2) A bunch of disco records my sister gave me. I'll never listen to them.

    3) IHOP and Chuck E. Cheese. Those places are overrated and overpriced.

    4) Probably my music collection.

    ReplyDelete
  20. 1) stitches? hundreds

    2) donated? money

    3) What restaurant. there's one in Sturtevant, I won't name it.

    4) no value to anybody else? my teeth

    ReplyDelete
  21. 1. quite a few, from a gash in my leg back in grade school, to cataract surgery years ago, and wisdom teeth out, many other incidental stuff, I just seem to fall apart, must be related to Humpty Dumpty!
    2. we donate frequently to Goodwill. After our anniversary weekend, I want to do another good house-wide purge, simplify and downsize.
    3. SER, I wonder if mine is the same as yours, one in Sturtevant, I'm only not naming because the name escapes me. It's right on 11 very near Farm and Fleet. Worst service and the burned the food and did not want to compensate even a little for the horrific experience we had.
    4. pictures, and doilies from my great grandma, who made them. as well as some plates that are super old that have been handed down thru generations, but not sets, just individual ones that have survived the years.
