KK, Ya know. Should you ever go to the Dr. for an exam, and he Is going to examine your Boobs, and asks you If you want them Numbed first, and he sticks his face between them, and says Num, Num, Num, Num. you can slap him, and don't use your hand.

Anyhow, That Is what was actually a much longer joke, that the girls I worked with thought was a riot. So much so, they made me what they called a Num, Num cake for my 40th birthday. I had a horrible time explaining to my wife why I was eating the Boobs off of this cake, mumbling Num, Num, Num.
