yup, we just it easy for sure :) had a good time bonding while helping a dear friend enter another new chapter in his life, excited for the possibilities in the new place, it's so nice!!! I hope Charlie likes it and settles in easily.

I'm pissed I missed helping the move, my damn diabetes was kick'in my ass this morning making my feet sore, REALLY sore. I can't ever remember what it's called.

I hate, hate, hate, hate it when I say I'll be somewhere then don't show up...very immature.

SER, it's not immature when you need to take care of you. I'm too stubborn and not so bright and usually get myself into trouble and end up in the ER. You've got to know when to take care of yourself and you did. That's call mature, my dear :)

BLB- We heard you had to work a double shift yesterday and I feel bad for you to have to do that. I picked on Legal for the both of us so he didn't feel bad that you were not there with us.

LM- Your allergies started to kick up a little bit yesterday and we all hope you are doing alright. We are all stubborn from time to time.

SER- Everyone is right the best thing for you yesterday was to stay home and take care of yourself. When we got to the new place I could not do much because my knee and my back went out on me. But I was stubborn and still did what I could do to help out but then had to sit down to let some of the pain go away then help some more. Yes I am very stubborn when it comes to some stuff.

I hope everyone is enjoying there weekend!

THB I thank you so much for picking on him! He needs that just to stay in somewhat of a pattern that is remotely acceptable. You are a wonderful friend and sister in the Almighty Sisterhood.

SER...Are you speaking of neuropathy?

Yes... it must have been a tough day for all of you. Legal gets tired after working 20 minutes.
He was dead when I got home.
Unconscious to the world! I really thought he WAS dead....drooling, eyes glazed over, pupils fixed and dilated, absolutely no movement whatsoever!! So...I waved food around and he came slithering into the kitchen like a reptile does after sitting so long!

Did anyone hear from TimmyT? Is he alive?

I feel terrible that I couldn't make it! At the last minute, plans changed and family called in need of assistance. I hope you all recover from the marathon work you did. Moving stinks. Hope the new place is wonderful and worth the effort, orbs!

THB, I'm fine, was a little tight this morning but I credit that to the killer headache I wore with, once that went away, I'm feeling good :)
BLB, I don't know how you do those 16 hour days, 10 hours is all I can stand, I couldn't imagine going 6 beyond that. I do think I have a bit of a sick mind, when you said you thought Legal was dead, I wondered if your other vocation started kicking in hehehe! Nice to know you'd know what to do in the worst case scenario :)
Our "family" here may be small but we're mighty. Watching it all come together yesterday had the song from the 70's (I think) in my head - We Are Family by Sister Sledge. I think that was a big reason how we came together in the 1st place, we formed our family within the old place, and we just continued when we got a place of our own. Even our 1st get-together, when Beejay lost her hubby, we're all here for each other, thru the good, and the bad, no matter what. I love all our family, near and far <3

Charlie wouldn't come out of his carrier when I brought him here. He stayed in there a good hour. He finally ventured out. I have no idea where he is now.
