Snow, then a deep freeze. That's a very common Wisconsin winter weather pattern.

If you can, kick back and cozy up. If you have to go out, please be careful. That means you, Lizardmom, if you're opening.

Thanks Orbs! Fortunately, I was off today, so I was sleeping in, and moving slow and being a bum. I open Monday thru Thursday, then off Friday, for our annual cookie baking day (taking it as my paid birthday day)
They do laugh at me at work for how bundled I make myself, while they shiver... yup, it's so much cooler to bundle less and laugh than to bundle like me and be cozy.. :) silly people!

What I always find amusing is the young people who have a coat on but are "too cool to zipper it". There is one thing I learned growing up in Wisconsin - fashion is out when it comes to cold weather. Do whatever you have to do to keep warm.

Off to get my hair cut and colored. Yee haw!

I have to go out and do some grocery shopping today so I can get started this weekend on my Christmas Cookies. Yes Daddy Orbs I will make a special delivery to you with your Christmas Cookies.

Yesterday was just so crazy for me with helping my daughter and getting other shopping done not enough time in a day for me. Oh yes also had to pick Drew up from work too. Oops almost forgot that one.

BLB- Be careful out there, my daughter had to be to work at 7am this morning too!

Sorry that you have to drive in this crap, BLB.

When I was growing up, not wearing a hat in winter was the cool thing to do. One of the things I like about growing older is that I don't give a damn anymore what I look like, just so long as I'm comfortable.

Doing a double shift again. Hopefully I will have some down time to practice Advanced Cardiac Life Support with online megacodes. SHOCK 200 JOULES CPR DRUG INTUBATE CPR SHOCK 200 JOULES AND SO ON...

THINKING OF ALL THE STUFF I NEED TO GET DONE AT HOME.... WRAPPING, CLEANING, BAKING, COOKING! Sounds like some delegation is in order here.

How about a post holiday JTI bash at my place? I have to celebrate
my "almost complete" new kitchen!

Of course Lizardmom....KK claims they ran away from getting so scared from her yellow sweater.
I think she just rented them to look cool. But we all know...ummmm...yeah...whatever.
But I think more of the Irregulars will come since the world is not supposed to end.
