windshield of a car that struck him said he turned to the driver and
said, 'Hello, I'm the guy you hit on the bicycle.'
"The driver did
not respond, but continued on, running a stop sign and hitting another

Lucky for the bike rider he wasn't seriously hurt.
I don't think I would be as cordial or forgiving as the bicyclist.
The driver had to be major leagued shitfaced to continue driving.
Can you imagine? How can you keep driving knowing someone, not something just came crashing through the window.
This kid needs to quit drinking now. I'm pretty sure he won't be legally driving for a while.
The guy driving must've been in a blackout. That's a serious sign of a serious alcohol problem, especially at such a young age.
that's as bad as the woman who put her car in the garage with a guy stuck in the windshield. she would go out and talk to him and finally (I think) 4 days later he died.
